Coachella 2019 style: the best festival fashion from the desert

Festival season is well underway and Coachella is over for another year.

A constant stream of eye-catching outfits have appeared on our Instagram feeds, as style stars and celebrities hit the arts and music festival in Indio, California.

Taking note from the spring/summer 2019 trends, the western aesthetic reigned supreme as stomper boots and trainers were ditched for cowboy boots. Influencers, including Aimee Song and Camila Coelho, used the boot to toughen up feminine day dresses, others went all out by adding a cowboy hat and western buckle belt for extra yee-haw.

Neon was also an unmissable trend with festivalgoers during both weekends. Whilst the majority of fluorescent looks adhered to the OTT festival dress code, celebs managed to put a chic twist on the trend. Model Winnie Harlow glowed in a fluorescent yellow co-ord, singer Teyana Taylor in neon trainers and Kendall Jenner sported gloves featuring lime green crescent moons by upcoming Scandi brand Marine Serre.

For those favouring a more understated look, head-to-toe white was the most popular look du jour - Victoria's Secret model Romee Strijd and actress Kate Bosworth both spotted in all-white everything.
