Co-op's latest frozen meal deal includes ice lollies, burgers and more for just £5

Co-op has launched a new meal deal so you can fill up your freezer for just £5.

The Freezer Filler deal includes enough to feed a family or a group of friends during lockdown, saving customers a whopping £10.40.

The offer is available from today (May 27) until June 16 in Co-op stores up and down the country.

It was originally shared by a shopper on money saving community LatestDeals.co.uk, and has proved popular among bargain hunters.

One user wrote: "These co-op freezer deals are always good. Especially with the different selection of "main course" items - great if your kids like different things."

While another said: "Wow what a deal! Cant say no to this when you have kids! Thanks for sharing."

Shoppers will get Birds Eye 2 Crispy Chicken Grills, Birds Eye Chicken Burgers, Birds Eye 100% Crispy Fish Fingers, Birds Eye Alphabites, Birds Eye Mixed Vegetables and a box of Nestle Rowntree Fruit Pastille Ice Lollies in the deal.

The deal is wonderfully ideal for large families and won't break the bank either.

Co-op is also running some great offers on Pimm's No:1, Halo ice cream packs and selected meats - perfect for a summer feast.

What's included with Co-op's freezer filling deal?

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we can't guarantee that this offer will be in stock at your local Co-op branch - so it might be worth calling up the store to check before heading out.

You can find your nearest Co-op by using the online store finder here.
