Co-op launch amazing value freezer filler meal deal for four that only costs £5

When it nears to the end of the month, things can get a little tough, but Co-op’s launched a £5 meal deal that will see you through the hard times - and leave you with a full belly.

Until 3rd March, Co-op is offering customers one amazing deal where you can pick up two Ristorante pizzas, garlic bread, McCain Crispy French Fries, and Cadbury Caramel ice cream, all for just £5.

And if you have a membership card, you can save even less - with an extra 5% cashback, meaning it will only cost £4.75.

A member in the money-saving community LatestDeals.co.uk spotted and posted the news of the bargain online.

The member, called Gazz3, said: “If you bought all five of the frozen foods separately it would cost you £12.55, so you’re saving £7.55 on this bargain £5 takeaway deal!”

Tom Church, Co-Founder of LatestDeals.co.uk adds, “This is perfect for a Netflix night. A couple of pizzas, garlic bread, Cadbury ice cream and some french fries for later. All for a fiver - or less if you have the Co-op membership card. This gives you 5% cashback so you could get the whole lot for £4.75.”

Whether you're planning a night in with your girls, a date night or even looking to feed your family for less, this is the ideal freezer filling deal.

Forum member Pamela Redhead wrote, “Thanks for sharing, I do like the coop £5 deal and my kids love pizza so will be getting this one.”

Alternatively, Co-op’s incredible Valentine’s Day meal deal only costs £6 and is currently running until 18th February, you can get one main (big enough for two), one side and melt in the mouth delicious dessert for under a tenner.

The mains include steaks, lasagna or mac and cheese.

Commenting on the bundle Tom Church said, “To be honest, it's not the most extravagant meal for Valentine's, but it is good value. So I've bought it just for a normal dinner this week. Normally it'd be £10.50. After cashback it's 55% off.”
