The Co Down road closed this morning following a crash, has now reopened.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the two-vehicle collision around 10.30am
Police said the Comber Road at the Killinchy and Mill Road junction was "impassable" as a result.
They advised motorists to seek an alternative route.
A PSNI spokesperson said earlier: "The two-vehicle collision was reported at 10.30am.
"Police and other Emergency Services are dealing with a Road Traffic Collision on the main Comber Road, Killinchy / Mill Road junction.
"The road is currently impassable, please avoid the area."
They have since added: "The Comber Road, which was closed earlier due to a two-vehicle road traffic collision near Balloo, has now re-opened."
