Co Down collision sees man taken to hospital

A man is in hospital after a two vehicle crash in Co Down on Sunday evening.

Police closed the Green Road, Conlig at the junction with Rowanvale and Six Roads Ends after 8pm last night.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "The Green Road, Conlig, which was closed following a road traffic collision on Sunday evening has now re-opened.

"A male is receiving treatment in hospital for injuries.

Police say their enquiries are continuing and there are no further details at this stage.
