Co Derry teenager taken to hospital following collision

PSNI are appealing for information after a single vehicle crash in Co Derry left a teenager in hospital.

Officers received report of a crash on the Fyfin Road, Victoria Bridge just before midnight on Saturday, September 18.

The crash involved a blue Volkswagen car, police confirmed.

A man in his late teens was taken to hospital. In a statement released on Sunday, September 19, police said the teenager's injuries are not believed to be life threatening at this time.

Sergeant Johnston said: "If you were in the area at the time and witnessed what happened or may have dashcam footage of the incident, please contact police on 101 quoting reference 2356 of 18/09/21.

"Alternatively, you can submit a report online using our non-emergency reporting form via http://www.psni.police.uk/makeareport/."
