PANAJI: NSUI Goa unit president Naushad Chowdhari on Saturday said that after jobs, Goan youth will now leave the state in search of good universities.
Criticising the state government for Goa University’s grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) having slipped to B++, Chowdhari said that chief minister Pramod Sawant should take responsibility for this failure as the education minister.
He said the drop in grade is evident of a fall in education standards in Goa. “Goa government will compel students to migrate to other countries or states,” he said.
