Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed shock over the murder of a young girl, Devaki, in Kakinada Rural mandal by her lover on Saturday.
He directed the police to file a charge sheet and complete the investigation in the time frame stipulated under the Disha Act in order to render speedy justice. The CM also told the officials to extend all possible support to the victim’s family.
