A multi vehicle car accident is causing disruption for drivers on the Clydeside Expressway.
Traffic heading westbound at Finnieston is currently being diverted off the Expressway at the exit for Finnieston and the SSE Hydro.
Traffic Scotland confirmed news of the incident via a tweet, which read: "Clydeside Expressway westbound at Finnieston Multi vehicle RTC, traffic being diverted off at the slip."
An incident report on their website reads: "Both westbound lanes are currently closed due to a road traffic incident. Drivers are advised to find another route and to expect delays."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police were called around 2:30pm to reports of a two vehicle crash on the Clydeside Expressway.
"Emergency services attended and it is not yet known the extent of any injuries. The road remains closed.”
UPDATE 5.20pm: Both lanes now clear
