Scots band The Ronains have beaten Noel Gallagher to the number one spot in the UK rock charts with their rendition of Flower of Scotland.
The Clydebank rockers taunted the Oasis star after they landed the premium spot, ahead of his song We're on Our Way Now.
Band singer Linzi tagged Noel and his brother Liam in the post, and teased their success.
She wrote: "So @liamgallagher us Scots @theronains just whipped @NoelGallaghers arse in the rock charts..no bad for a 3rd world country eh?"
And their fans were delighted at The Ronains success.
One wrote: "Well done. Gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it."
Another added: "I am absolutely buzzing for you guys!!"

One said: "well done anyone that's not checked out @theronains version Flower of Scotland yet check it out the Corries gave it thumbs up n great new alternative version support them if you can folks outstanding band."
Another wrote: "Well done!"
The tune, which was released at midnight, was given the green light by Corrie's singer Ronnie Browne.
The band, who recently featured in TV adverts for Dragon Soop and are sponsored by the UK drinks giant, have been playing their version of Flower of Scotland at live gigs for a while, but decided to record and release it to reflect Scotland's recent sporting success.

Last week, the band received the 'deep' message of encouragement from Hollywood star Tommy Flanagan, who plays Arthur Shelby Snr in Peaky Blinders, after hearing their version of Flower of Scotland.
The Braveheart actor sent bass player Jim, singer Debi, drummer Linzi and guitarist LP, a message of support after they let him hear the powerful cover.
