Clyde snap up Slovakian goalkeeper

Clyde have signed Slovakian goalkeeper Matej Vajs on a one-year deal.

The 20-year-old has impressed while on trial at Broadwood, having left MSK Zilna B in his home country.

Goalkeeping coach Chris Fahey told the official website: "We’re delighted to get Matej on board to add even more quality to the goalkeeping department.

"He is another fantastic young prospect that I’m looking forward to working with and improving his all-round game. He has impressed all of the coaching staff and the players in the sessions that he has taken part in so far."

Vajs goes into the squad for tonight's Betfred Cup match at Falkirk.
