Clyde gaffer Danny Lennon insists having fans back in Broadwood was the most pleasing thing about the Bully Wee's 3-1 win over Albion Rovers in the NL Cup semi-finals.
A David Goodwillie double and a strike from Ally Love set up a final clash against Airdrie tomorrow in front of around 200 socially-distanced supporters.
And with the Cumbernauld venue welcoming fans into the stands for the first time since the pandemic hit, Lennon said putting a smile on their faces was more important than their display.
Lennon, whose side are the current NL Cup holders, said: "I thought it was a good exercise for us against stern opposition.

"They were difficult to break down.
"We had a lot of possession without really getting any penetration in the first half, but in the second half our levels were very good.
"We made a lot of changes and we played some very nice stuff.
"We are trying to bed in a new group of players and what liked and enjoyed was that we played three different systems within that game, and the boys took them all on board so it tells you a bit about key individuals and where you can utilise them.
"But the biggest thing wasn't the performance, though, it was having the fans back in there.
"To see so many happy, smiling faces is the big winner for everyone.
"And we are setup for a good competitive game tomorrow now.
"Airdrie are always tough, but we'll be hungry to retain the trophy.
"I don't think there is such a thing as a pre-season friendly, these are games you want to win and get into good habits.
Skipper Goodwillie is a regular hero for the Bully Wee but Lennon was keen to heap praise on the rest of his side for creating opportunities for their talisman.
Lennon added: "When does he [Goodwillie] not make the difference for us? He's got that within him, but I believe the additions we've brought in have given us dynamics and pace.

"David always presents himself with great opportunities and great runs, but you also need good players who can find those runs and we've got that."
Tomorrow will see Clyde and Airdrie clash at 3pm for the silverware, following Cumbernauld Colts v Albion Rovers at 12pm. Both games will be played at Broadwood.
