Clyde boss Danny Lennon was delighted with his side’s resilience in their crucial win over Forfar which moved them out of the relegation places.
Lewis Jamieson equalised for Clyde just 11 after Forfar grabbed the lead through Scott Fenwick.
Jamieson added his second just after the hour mark before Josh Jack sealed the important win for the Bully Wee on 82 minutes.
The win ensured that Clyde leapfrogged Dumbarton out of the relegation play-off place and moved nine points ahead of bottom side Forfar to leave Lennon thrilled.

He told Clyde’s website: “It’s an invaluable three points in terms of where we want to be for next season.
“I’m absolutely delighted with the overall performance and I thought that up until they scored that we dominated possession - without really carving them open.
“We can’t defend one long ball over the top which has been a bit of an Achilles heel for us this season.
“But what a reaction, David Goodwillie pounces on a slack pass back, turns it into a bit of magic and we follow it up well.
“We spoke at half-time about keeping the tempo, which we did well other than the bit of slackness for the goal.

“I thought that we really controlled the start of the second half, we made the right passes and we created a lot of good opportunities tonight.
“I thought they were quality goals. Young LJ [Lewis Jamieson] was looking lively and he looked good coming in from the right hand side onto his left - he finished terrifically well [for the second goal].
“The last one where wee Josh just comes in and rebounds it from a fantastic header from Martin [McNiff] and headers it over the goalkeeper into an open goal.
“I thought we managed the game well in terms of what Forfar threw at us. Overall, it was a very, very good three points and a good night's work - it was a great team performance.”
