Cluttered Scots flat crammed with previous owner's things on sale for £9,000

A Scots flat has gone on sale for just £9,000 - but there is a catch.

Glasgow Live reports the home had surveyed for £50,000, meaning a potential massive saving.

But the new owner will have to tidy up after the previous tenant left every room of the Paisley property in a mess.

The Causeyside Street flat was put on the market recently but has been getting all the wrong kinds of attention due to its messy and lived-in interior.

Pictures show the the place stuffed with clutter in the property which boasts a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Despite the glaring flaws, the optimistic listing describes the flat as “an ideal purchase”.

Future Property Auctions in Shawlands, who are marketing the property, say: “It is an ideal purchase for a buy-to-let investor or landlord looking to add to their portfolio.

“As a university town there is a high student population as well as the area’s largest hospital.”
