Clintons mocked for most inappropriate Christmas card ever

A High Street card shop chain has cornered the niche market for Christmas greeting this festive season with a card wishing seasons greetings to 'my brother and boyfriend'.

Clintons has been mocked on social media after a shopper spotted the card in here local branch, reports Manchester Evening News.

Joe J, from Stoke-on-Trent, spotted the gaffe in the store's branch in Sutton, South London

The front of the card reads: "Merry Christmas to my wonderful brother and boyfriend."

Joe, 26, shared a photo of the error on Twitter writing: "I feel like they should definitely have the word ‘his’ before boyfriend."

The tweet has gone viral, and been shared over 5,000 times, and liked almost 50,000 times.

Clearly entertained by the card, one Twitter user wrote: "Don't be so judgemental. If there's a market..."

"A niche market: the Lannisters," said a Game of Thrones fan.

"Keeping Christmas in the family," joked somebody else.

A fourth said: "What in sweet Jesus were they thinking?!"
