Scott Eastwood recounted how his father, Clint Eastwood , managed Kevin Costner 's "big ego" on the set of their 1993 film, A Perfect World .
Costner, who was experiencing a rise to fame at the time, reportedly refused to leave his trailer for filming.
Clint, known for his hands-on approach and preference for being on set, calmly instructed his crew to "send him home."
Costner was informed he would be sent home and would not be in the scene.
The following day, Costner arrived on set promptly and ready to work.
