News of a print start-up making a go of it: the weekly Cleethorpes Chronicle, set up by two former executives from Northcliffe's Grimsby operation, has reached its 100th issue. Nigel Lowther and Mark Webb tell Hold the Front Page that the secrets are "names and faces every week" and "accessible, value-for-money advertising rates". Definitely worth celebrating.
