If you're clearing out your house, a "heartwarming" new auction show being made by STV could help you make some money from unwanted items and heirlooms.
A show called Clear Out Cash In, presented by Angus Ashworth, is looking for people who are clearing out houses packed full of trinkets, treasure and junk.
The Yorkshire auctioneer is looking for interesting human stories behind the old items. Anything of value will go to auction or be recycled, though owners may decide they simply can't part with some treasured memories.
Producers are keen to speak to anyone who is emigrating, moving to a smaller house or who has inherited a property.
They say: "STV Productions want you to take part in a new heartwarming TV series fronted by expert Yorkshire auctioneer Angus Ashworth.
"Whether you’re downsizing, emigrating, or you’ve inherited a property; Angus will bring to life the human story of your house clearance, and the treasures within at what’s often an emotional time.
"We will put all of our selected contributors directly in touch with Ryedale Auctioneers. If you decide to go ahead with them, you may be able to celebrate those hidden gems, curios, and have a surprising and uplifting journey of discovery.
