Cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) firm BrightOffice has been acquired by ClearCourse Partnership LLP for an undisclosed amount.
The Skelmersdale firm has become the 14th acquisition for London-based ClearCourse, a group of technology companies providing digital services, work-flow solutions and payments capabilities, since October 2018.
BrightOffice, which serves public and private businesses across a number of sectors, will receive strategic and operational guidance and financial resources to support further product development and market growth, ClearCourse said.
The company will gain access to technologies from the group, including payments processing capabilities and best in class data validation, it added.
Paul Groome, founder of BrightOffice, said joining ClearCourse provided it with an “opportunity to build upon its successes”, by developing further products, creating more value for clients and accelerating business growth.
