A clever cleaning guru has shared how she keeps her home smelling beautifully fresh for weeks on end - and all you'll need is an old micofibre cloth.
Professional cleaner Donna Mendoza, best known to fans as The Cleaning Lady, claims she regularly gets showered with compliments about how "amazing" her house smells.
Now she's revealed her go-to homecare hack to getting her house smelling as fresh as a daisy, and it really couldn't be any easier to try for yourself.
Taking to TikTok, Donna revealed: "Everyone always says my house smells amazing. I try to do this once a month to get rid of dust and food smells."
Demonstrating her tried and trusted technique in a 15-second video, Donna, who goes by the username @donnamendoza35, soaked an old microfibre cloth in a bowl filled with hot water, washing up liquid and multi-surface cleaner.
She then placed the cloth over a mop, using this to scrub any dust or grim away from her walls and ceilings, before running it all around her light switches and door frames, declaring that it "smells awesome".
For her concoction, Donna used the Dawn Ultra EZ-Squeeze Dishwashing Soap, which you can pick up for £8.99 on eBay for a 19.4 oz bottle, using just a cap.
She also added "a capful" of Pine Sol Multi Purpose Cleaner and Stain Remover Disinfectant, which you can also buy on eBay for £8.99 for a 24oz bottle.
Many of Donna's fellow cleaning fans were impressed by the easy-to-follow hack and vowed to give it a go for themselves.
One person approved: "Ohh now I know the secret!! Definitely will be doing this!"
Another applauded: "Oh wow you just gave me a new cleaning hack thank you."
A third individual, who'd already tried the tip for themselves, confirmed: "I always do this makes my house smell so good."
