It's the end of the road for Nottingham's very first Clean Cut Kitchen, the home of lean burgers, falafel wraps and quinoa power salads.
After closing its doors at the weekend, healthy eating customers will no longer be able to buy the wholesome, filling meals and snacks from the original premises, which opened in Derby Road in September 2017.
Instead the Neon Wolf tattoo studio in the basement will be expanding to take over the whole building to meet the growing demand.
But the clean eating revolution is still very much alive - the good news is that the recently opened Clean Cut Kitchen in intu Victoria Centre will remain open and become the flagship store.
Co-founder Antonio Vendone said: "It's going welll. It's a bit quieter with the students being off so it's been nice to ease into it. Derby Road was so hectic from day one.
"The challenge here is people think we are a big chain. We're still an independent, learning as we go. It's a much better layout and looks a more polished version of what we started.

"Although I personally didn’t really want to see the Derby Road store go, it's given me the opportunity to accelerate some of the plans for the brand and strive to make it a national chain.
"There are some big positives too with the changes and we’ll be launching our healthy kids menu, a new smoothie and shake menu and also our very popular meal prep service will return in a couple of weeks.
"The kitchen at Victoria Centre is more functional than the one at Derby Road so we’ll be able to take on a lot more clients for meal prep than before."
A new website is being created for customers to place meal prep orders online and there will be a new and improved menu which will change regularly.

Plans to expand the business nationally include opening a branch in Birmingham and Antonio is keen to get the development back on track after it was put on hold to open at intu Victoria Centre in June.
"It's about 70 per cent finished. It's a fantastic site, the location is really, really good," he said.
