Kick streamer Braden “Clavicular” Peters has been arrested in Fort Lauderdale, and details indicate the arrest is likely tied to a clash involving influencer Jenny Popach and Braden’s girlfriend, Violet.
According to journalist Taylor Lorenz, a warrant was executed in Fort Lauderdale, listing Clavicular on a misdemeanor assault offense. Lorenz notes that, under this charge, no physical contact or visible injury is required, which means the law can cover threats or actions that create a reasonable fear of harm, unlike a felony (the case where Clav shot a gator in the Everglades).
She also shared a screenshot of the warrant and said she’d reached out to his team. So far, there’s no public filing showing a plea or formal comment from the streamer’s side, and details about any upcoming court appearance haven’t been made available.
How Jenny Popach and Violet fit in this chaos
In February, Clavicular’s girlfriend, Violet, and TikToker Jenny Popach got into a physical fight.
Several clips online show Violet and Jenny screaming at each other before things get physical, involving hair-pulling and chaos. Jenny later accused Clav and Violet of “setting her up,” claiming that they orchestrated the confrontation and that Violet attacked her as soon as they returned to an Airbnb.
She alleged that Clav told security not to separate the fight and said she left with a mild concussion and hospital paperwork to back it up. Lorenz has reported that Clavicular’s new assault charge is likely related to a fight involving his girlfriend and Jenny.
At the same time, Clavicular has been under intense fire for a different viral clip showing him firing multiple shots at a dead alligator in the Florida Everglades. The video, which circulated widely, shows the streamer on an airboat unloading rounds into the floating gator.
Florida Fish and Wildlife officials confirmed they are aware of the footage and said officers are looking into the incident, but they have not announced any arrest tied to that. For now, the arrest on assault charges appears to be the more immediate problem, while wildlife officials quietly build their own case in the background.
However, that’s not all the streaming drama going around. Earlier in March 2026, Emiru responded to Mizkif’s defamation lawsuit, claiming her allegations are ’emotional truth.’
