Out-of-contract Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo has distanced himself from a move to Elland Road this summer.
Reports earlier in the summer suggested that Leeds had shown an interest in the Chilean ahead of their return to the Premier League next season.
The 37-year-old is available on a free transfer this summer after the end of his contract at the Etihad Stadium.
He has mainly been used as backup for Pep Guardiola’s side during his four years at the club and is now on the lookout for another home.
The goalkeeper played under Bielsa during the Argentine’s time as Chile manager, and the two were linked with a possible reunion at Elland Road this summer.
However, Bravo has now brushed off talk of a summer transfer.
"Logically, one always has a greater learning with these technicians,” he said of Bielsa during an Instagram interview with Mujeresconopionion .
“It is difficult for the possibility to arise, knowing what their job is, what their challenges are.
“I do not see myself signing in one place for four or five seasons. The possibility is very distant."
Leeds have already secured one goalkeeping signing during the window, with Illan Meslier signing a three-year permanent deal at Elland Road after a successful loan spell this season where he deputised for the suspended Kiko Casilla.
Meslier played 11 times in all competitions this season for the Whites, keeping seven clean sheets and conceding just five goals.
