Anthropic has rolled out a new productivity feature for the Claude app on iOS and Android. It allows you to draft and send emails, messages, and calendar invites directly from the app. The new capabilities are available to all users, irrespective of their subscription tier.
The update now allows you to handle everyday tasks without switching between apps. Besides, you can now compose and send important communication and schedule events directly from your Claude mobile app.

However, this is not the only update that the company has released in recent times. For example, last week the company rolled out integration with productivity platforms like Notion and Linear via Anthropic’s Multi-Channel Platform (MCP). It allows Claude to access project documentation, manage tickets, and assist with real-time progress tracking, all under the same chat interface.
Furthermore, the company announced that it will start implementing weekly usage limits for Claude Pro and Max users starting August 28. Anthropic said the change is designed to manage infrastructure costs and maintain stable performance for all users. The limits are expected to impact fewer than 5% of subscribers.
These days, all major AI platforms are becoming more than just chatbots, and Claude is no exception. With features like messaging, scheduling, and workspace integrations, Claude is shaping up to be more useful in everyday workflows, supporting not just conversations but also task management and team collaboration.
