Barcelona vs Real Madrid: Lionel Messi, Frenkie de Jong and Karim Benzema in our composite XI

Tonight sees Barcelona host Real Madrid in the first Clasico of the 2019/20 season.

Madrid and their fierce rivals Barca will travel to the Nou Camp from the same hotel two hours before kick-off amid security concerns.

Wednesday's LaLiga game was originally supposed to be played in October but it was postponed due to safety fears surrounding the violent protests in Catalonia.

The fixture comes at a crucial point in the season for both sides, with the rivals currently level on points after the same number of games, sitting pretty at the top of La Liga.

Both sides of plenty of international superstars – but who makes our composite XI? Spoiler alert: Lionel Messi does indeed sneak in.

Check out who makes our composite team in the above gallery.
