Jeremy Clarkson's new ITV show landed on TV this evening - but fans were not impressed by the canned laughter and likened it to an "awful" rip-off of Harry Hill's TV Burp.
Tonight, Clarkson took aim at everyone on TV - from Meghan Markle and Greta Thunberg to Patsy Palmer storming off Good Morning Britain.
He also hit out at Gemma Collins by sharing a clip from her ITVBe series Diva Forever, which sees her asking her her assistant to smell her hand.
But viewers were left cringing over the "appalling" fake laughter on Clarkson's show, prompting fans to flock to Twitter.
One tweeted: "#ClarksonOnTV. WTF is it with all the terrible canned laughter?"
While another commented: "@JeremyClarkson although I am indeed laughing at you new it's Clarkson on TV. With such up to date jokes during covid the canned laughter workmanship is awful sounds like sold out Wembley #ClarksonOnTV."
A third questioned: "Did @ITV have a surplus canned laughter budget to use up on #clarksonontv."

Another wrote: "i see the humour but also see a lot of problematic jokes."
But a fan remarked: "Wow #ClarksonOnTV has to be one of the worst things to come out of the last year."
