Hapoel Jerusalem have made a shock move to join Aberdeen and Portsmouth in the fight to land Clark Robertson.
The Israeli side have just won promotion to their top-flight and have targeted the soon-to-be out of contract Rotherham defender.
Robertson held talks with Hapoel via Zoom and is waiting for them to make an offer in writing.
The 27-year-old has also been approached by Portsmouth with Danny Cowley keen to land him.
Robertson has also spoken to Cowley along with Aberdeen manager Stephen Glass.
He travelled south earlier this month for talks at Cormack Park.
The defender wants to consider all his options before he makes a decision on his future.
Aberdeen have made an offer to bring him back to the club where he started his career.
Aberdeen boss Stephen Glass has already signed Declan Gallagher, Scott Brown and Jay Emmanuel Thomas as he looks to try and get a lot of his business done early, ahead of their Europa League Conference assault.
