Our article 'Teen girl 'passes out' in doorway after nightclub sells her ten 75p Jagerbombs', 30 July 2021, reported that a child was found passed out after a venue – The Acapulco Club, in Halifax – sold her 10 Jagerbombs for just £7.50 in a single hour.

This was not an established fact; rather, this was an allegation which is disputed by the nightclub.

This clarification has been published following an upheld ruling by the Independent Press Standards Organisation.
