Thousands of Scots around the country have shown their support for NHS staff and key workers on the coronavirus frontline for the sixth week.
People took to their windows, doorsteps, gardens and balconies for the sixth time in as many weeks to thank those fighting the deadly virus.
'Clap for our Carers' took place at 8pm throughout the United Kingdom, as health staff and other key workers continued their amazing effort against Covid-19.
It comes after a similar tribute was paid the last five weeks, with a number of pipers joining the public as part of the 'Pipe Up! for key workers'.
While others, like residents in Glasgow, banged pots and pans and cheered on come 8pm.
And Nicola Sturgeon tweeted: "Thank you so much to everyone working hard every day to care for us and keep our essential services going."
A total of 1,475 people have now died from coronavirus in Scotland, an increase of 60 since Wednesday.
There are 11,353 confirmed cases which is up by 319 overnight.
There are 109 Scots with confirmed or suspected coronavirus currently in intensive care units and confirmed or suspected cases in hospital are now at 1,748 - an increase of 21.
The Scottish Government confirmed the figures on Wednesday.
