Clangers make a whistlestop return to BBC to explain solar eclipse

The first glimpse of the new, resurrected Clangers was given to viewers during the CBeebies Stargazing programme on Thursday night.

The whistling pink, knitted space creatures showed how to safely watch a solar eclipse.

No sign of the Soup Dragon but good to see the years have been kind to them since they last graced our screens in the 1970s and Tiny Clanger is still, er … tiny.
