Claire Keohane makes her first start at out-half as Ireland make three changes for their Women's Six Nations clash with Wales at Energia Park on Sunday (1pm).
Munster's Keoghan made her Test bow in last week's opening championship victory at home to Scotland.
Her provincial colleague Eimear Considine returns from injury to the full-back slot after missing last week through injury, with Lauren Delaney moving to the wing.
The third change made by head coach Adam Griggs is a Six Nations bow for second row Judy Bobbett.
Ireland made a very strong start against the Scots, going 13-0 ahead after 15 minutes, but it took Beibhinn Parsons' second half intercept try to secure the victory.
“It was great to start the campaign with a win," said Griggs. "We started the game against Scotland well, but we have areas to work on for this weekend.
"Wales are a familiar side, we played them in November, and we lost to them in the final minutes of that game.
"We know how strong they are and where the threats are. I’ve no doubt Wales will be looking for a result on Sunday. If we get the small things right, I am confident we will have a successful outcome".
IRELAND: Considine, Delany, Naoupu, Claffey, Parsons, Keohane, Dane; Peat, Moloney, Djougang, McDermott, Bobbett, Griffin, McMahon, Caplice,
Replacements: Dabanovich O'Mahony, O'Hora, Cooney, Wall, Cronin, Muldoon, Doyle.
