City sports bar Rileys gets a £250,000 revamp and a new football fanzone

Rileys Sports Bar, on Bolton Street ,  has relaunched their bar in Liverpool after a major revamp.

The extensive refurbishment includes a new bar, fan zone and every pool and snooker table upgraded.

There has also been new dart boards, refurbished dart lanes and new big screen televisions.

Alongside the £250,000 investment, Rileys have also launched a new food menu, offering burgers, pizzas, wraps, sides, chicken option, plus there’s also a new Kids menu.

Metro Bank confirmed to be replacing the large Deichmann store in Liverpool city centre  

Rileys Liverpool manager Jimmy Broadfoot said: "We want the venue to be accessible to all. It’s friendly and safe to enjoy the latest sport, eat, drink and have fun in the city of Liverpool."

Rileys has been a much-loved bar in the city centre for over a decade thanks to its offering of pool, snooker and darts with all the biggest sports on big screens.

 With 22 venues across the country, Rileys Liverpool was chosen as one of the first to be upgraded this year.

The choice was made as it’s one of the largest Rileys venues.

The decision for the refurbishment also recognised Liverpool as being the home to some of the world’s most passionate sporting fans.
