The City of Pittsburgh released a video on their social media on Friday as a way to thank the many frontline workers who continue to do their jobs despite the COVID-19 pandemic. In the video, many famous members of the community including Mayor Bill Peduto come together for a rousing rendition of We Will Rock You by Queen and to thank everyone who keeps working and remind everyone to stay home.
The video also features three members of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, defensive tackle Cam Heyward and wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster joined celebrities like actor Joe Manganiello and YouTuber Curt “Pittsburgh Dad” Wootton in spreading the message.
