Thousands of people have sent messages of support to the family of Ava White after her funeral.
Mourners gathered to pay their respects and remember Ava's life at Liverpool's Metropolitan Cathedral on Thursday, December 23.
Comforting one another, mourners arrived at the Cathedral in the rain for the service at 10am, with many wearing bright colours and jumpers and tops bearing pictures of Ava.

Photographs of the schoolgirl covered her coffin, which arrived in a white horse-drawn carriage after a procession through Liverpool - arriving at the Cathedral to a round of applause.
In an emotional speech at the service, which was open to the public and media, Archbishop Malcolm McMahon said that there was "little sadder in life than the death of a child".
He added: "The grief we are experiencing today is overwhelming, so my deepest sympathy, and that of the Catholic Community, goes out to Ava's family and her friends."
He added: "The grief we are experiencing today is overwhelming, so my deepest sympathy, and that of the Catholic Community, goes out to Ava's family and her friends."
He went on to say that memories of Ava will "continue to live in your hearts".
The archbishop said Ava would "try anything" and was described as someone who "didn't fear anything", adding that "she will not be afraid to step into the life of God."
He said: "Some of you will remember her as a daredevil who always brightened up the day of those present."

In the touching tribute, Ava was said to have enjoyed singing, dancing and going on holiday and was "very energetic, even famous on Tik Tok", which brought in a murmur of laughter in the room.
With rows of seats filled with emotional loved ones, Archbishop McMahon said Ava was "loved by so many" and heaven would undoubtedly be a "happier place" with her presence.
He spoke about Ava's interests in swimming, dancing and mixed martial arts as well as her talent at playing football, adding her "young life was a gift, short as it was, one which should be cherished with love and affection."
In a poignant moment following the service, a round of applause broke out as her coffin was carried out of the cathedral, followed by dozens of mourners, before making their way to a crematorium service in Anfield.
