With the arrival of mini-heatwave to coincide with the fact we are finally allowed to see friends and enjoy the great outdoors it's fair to say there's never been a better cause for celebration.
One Glasgow bar are helping folks get into the Friday spirit by serving up draught pints, desserts and boozy slushies just in time for this weekend's hot weather.
Firewater, in the city centre, launched their collection and delivery service for drinks last week - but this is the first time they've added ice cold tipples to their menu.
They said: “As the dust settles on our opening weekend of Firewater 2-GO collection/delivery service, we’d like to extend a massive and heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you that have supported us.
"The response has been out-of-this-world. It’s clear to see that Firewater is more than just a pub, to a lot you in this fair city of ours.
"The only way is up. Stay safe and we’ll see you this weekend for more Firewater and less pandemic!"
The lockdown menu, available for collection and delivery, includes Moretti, Strongbow Darkfruits and Guineess on draft.
Meanwhile their cocktail this week is a iced Buckfast slush and desserts include warm chocolate brownie and fudge cake.
