A total of 16 new coronavirus cases have been recorded over the last 24 hours across Nottingham city and the wider county, according to the latest Public Health England figures.
Cases in the UK have now reached 305,623 a rise of 938 in the last 24 hours, while the number of deaths recorded has now reach 46,210 - a rise of 9 in the last 24 hours.
As of 4pm on Monday (August 3) there were 1,230 confirmed cases in Nottingham - one more than the previous day.
In the wider county, there are now 3,097 confirmed cases across the wider county - a rise of 15.
This is the current breakdown of confirmed infections since March for each region of Nottinghamshire:
- Ashfield 577 (no change);
- Bassetlaw 597 ( plus two );
- Broxtowe 436 (no change);
- Gedling 383 ( plus one );
- Mansfield 356 ( plus one );
- Newark and Sherwood 351 ( plus nine );
- Rushcliffe 397 ( plus two ).
Elsewhere across the East Midlands, there have been 1,332 confirmed cases in Derby (a rise of five) and 3,446 across Derbyshire (an increase of five).
Meanwhile, confirmed cases have risen by 42 in Leicester from 4,986 to 5,028 and there are 3,342 across Leicestershire - a rise of 18.
No new deaths have been recorded for trusts operating in Nottinghamshire.
The total number of deaths since the pandemic started is 410.
