The January transfer window rumbles on Everton continue to be linked with a number of players.

Ciro Immobile, the Lazio forward who just can't stop scoring goals. The 29-year-old has scored 21 goals in 20 games alone this season and boasts a hugely impressive goalscoring record throughout his career.
Where?
In Italian media, who claim that Everton are 'knocking on the door' for Immoble, but that he'd be very expensive if Lazio were to sell up. Indeed they go on to say it is "unthinkable" that the forward would leave the club in the near future.

Immobile is clearly a talented player but Everton fans shouldn't expect to see him in a royal blue shirt in January. The player's age and the fee he'd certainly command means that he simply does not fit into Everton's transfer strategy.
Daniele Rugani
Who?
Juventus defender Daniele Rugani, a 25-year-old Italian international who has struggled for first-team football under Maurizio Sarri this season, playing just three times in all competitions.

On Italian website Calciotoday, who claim that Everton, Arsenal and Leicester are all thinking about making a move for the defender in the January window.

Another deal that looks highly unlikely, considering how much it would cost Juventus to part with an experienced player. The Old Lady are competing on a number of fronts this season and are said to be keen on keeping their squad together.
