Ciaron Brown rewarded for his form with call up to the Northern Ireland squad

Livingston's Ciaron Brown has been called up the Northern Ireland squad for their Euro 2020 play-off against Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The defender is in his second spell on loan at the Tony Macaroni Arena and Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill has rewarded him for his form with a call-up the national team.

Ciaron was born in London but he qualifies for Northern Ireland through his mother, who is from Belfast. He has one previous cap against Luxembourg in 2019.

The play-off takes place on March 26 and the winner will face either Slovakia or the Republic on March 31 for a place in this summer's Euro 2020 finals.

Ciaron has made 11 appearances for Livingston this season since his loan move in January and helped the club maintain their good form.
