Award-winning Northern Irish singer-songwriter Ciaran Lavery is set to perform a live session this Saturday, April 18, at 7.30pm on Belfast Live's Instagram account, as part of our #InThisTogether campaign.
The folk-rock singer, who was awarded the NI Music Prize 'Album of the Year' back in 2015 for his album Let Bad In, is one of Northern Ireland's most loved contemporary musicians, and his songs have racked up almost 100 million listens on Spotify.
A natural recluse, Ciaran has spent the last few months recording and sharing songs, ahead of the release of his long-awaited fourth album.
He'll be performing tracks from the new album on our Instagram account, as well as a few from the back catalogue.
The new session comes as Ciaran has been embarking on his own 'Socially Distant, Emotionally Close' tour across the world, performing for different countries across the world from his home/music venue.
Belfast Live Lockdown sessions have been aiming to promote Northern Irish artists as they're forced to putting to the touring schedules to one side and isolate to stop the spread of Coronavirus.
