The furry little critter was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed when he beat punters to get his hands on a salty snack.
And incredibly the furry animal was happy to be pictured as he ate his breakfast .
The little critter was enjoying it so much, he was happy to carry on while his picture was snapped on an Apple iPhone, Leicestershire Live reports.
In fact the plus-size rodent only turned to the side when a small crowd gathered to watch.
Squirrels are omnivores, so they do vary their diet - rather than just eating nuts.
Squirrels will eat plants and meat as well as fruit, seeds and nuts, but it's probably not recommended that they rely on fast food - so please bin your leftovers next time you grab a Big Mac and fries.
