The shows will take place on various dates, starting November 23, 2022 and finishing on January 15, 2023. Christy played two charity shows at the venue earlier this year, one in aid of the Irish Red Cross' Ukraine Appeal in March and another in May with money from ticket sales going to Women's Aid.

Christy's latest album Flying Into Mystery was released last November, featuring twelve songs that "Christy has brought to life through his distinctive writing and unique interpretation of other artist’s songs".
Christy has garnered a loyal fanbase both in Ireland and abroad during his decades of performing. The singer has released more than 25 solo albums including Paddy on the Road (1969) and his multi-platinum pair of live albums, On the Road and Magic Nights in 2017 and 2018.
