Celtic star Christopher Jullien has handed supporters a boost as he returned to the pitch for the first time.
The towering defender posted a clip to his Instagram showing as he reached the next landmark in his recovery.
The 27-year-old filmed himself as he went through his paces at the Clairefontaine medical centre over in France.
It's marks the first time the Frenchman has been on the pitch since sickeningly colliding with the post in a December win over Dundee United - the final game of 2020 - as he cleared the ball off the line.
In the clip shared to his Instagram account, an overjoyed Jullien said: "What a feeling to be back on the pitch, wow, that's good."
It's great news for fans and the next Celtic boss with the loss of Jullien being a massive blow for the club in a disappointing season.
Neil Lennon, the manager at the time of his injury, had lamented he could be out until October such was the impact of the injury but the Monday update is a positive step.
Interim boss John Kennedy has stated he expects the defender to be a key part of the plans next term.
He said earlier this season: “He’s in a good place mentally. So that’s important – it allows him to get his work in on the right path to recovery.
“Will he be part of the rebuild here? Well, we brought him in for that reason.
“This period has been a big setback but he’s been an important figure for us. We want him back fit and healthy and, when he is, he’ll have a big future at the club.”
