Christopher Jullien prints face on Celtic boots as Hoops star shows off personalised footwear

Playing for Celtic has its advantages. European football, competition for major honours, recognition across the globe... and pairs of boots decorated with pictures of your face.

Yep, Hoops defender Christopher Jullien has indeed been given a pair of Adidas boots which have his likeness emblazoned on them not once, but twice.

The big Frenchman took to Instagram to share a post from renowned French 'sneaker clinic' Docteur Sneaker, showing off some new lime green footwear with a twist.

The twist being that Jullien's face can be seen on the toe, while the heel is decorated with an image from the back, showing Jullien's name and number.

"Cosmetic surgery on this pair of Adidas Nemeziz 18.3 for Christopher Jullien," the caption reads.

It's unclear if he'll wear the new boots or if they are just for decorative purposes, but they are certainly eye-catching.

Jullien has been a key figure for Celtic since arriving from Tolouse in the summer, featuring in all but two of the Hoops' Scottish Premiership and Europa League matches so far.
