Christopher Jullien in rapid Celtic recovery pledge as star makes cryptic reference to 'Hyperbolic Time Chamber'

Celtic star Christopher Jullien has dropped an injury recovery hint on Instagram.

The centre-back is battling a back issue and is set to miss Thursday's Europa League clash with AC Milan amid a prolonged spell on the sidelines.

He also sat out the weekend defeat to Rangers and Neil Lennon confirmed earlier on Tuesday the Frenchman is struggling with inflammation on his spine.

But he's taken to social media with a rather cryptic reference to Japanese cartoon series Dragonball Z.

He posted a picture of the "Hyperbolic Time Chamber", where characters "can train and get stronger in a short amount of time".

Parkhead boss Lennon provided an update on his condition at his midweek press conference.

The manager said: "He is going to be out for a period of time, he is still in a lot of discomfort. He's had scans, there is inflammation at the bottom of his spine.

"So he is going to be a few weeks, unfortunately.

"But we have no fresh injury concerns. James has his foot out of the pot (boot) now so he will be scanned in the next couple of days.

"Mikey Johnston is back in training but he has been a long time out so it is softly, softly with him."
