Penneys, Smyths, Argos and hundreds of more shops across Dublin have opened their doors since midnight as Ireland enters Level 3 after six weeks of strict restrictions.
Thousands of punters will be heading for some long-awaited shopping sprees across the country today ahead of the festive season.
Here are the opening hours for Penneys, Argos and Smyths Toys stores, so you know when you need to get there by and when best to avoid queues.

Penneys stores all differ in their opening hours, although the majority will keep their doors open for extended hours and some for even 24-hours.

How do I check my local store?
It's not too difficult, you will simply have to Google the store where you shop, "Penneys Mary Street", for example.
You will then be able to click on the store and will be given the real time stats as outlined in the picture above.
From there you can check each day as well as how busy it is right now.
