Christmas jobs up for grabs at B&M - how to apply

By Cameron Jenkins

Bargain chain B&M has launched a push for new seasonal staff ahead of the winter months.

The retailer, which has over 500 stores up and down the country, is looking for people who are available to start work immediately.

Applications are being accepted in-store, so all you need to do is head down to your local branch and apply.

Contracts of various hours are up for grabs, offering flexibility in certain roles.

B&M has fifty different shops across the South West, stretching from Penzance to Cheltenham.

The new push for recruits is specifically for seasonal staff, to help cope with the uptick in demand over the festive season.

The move comes as other high street brands and supermarkets have issued pleas for staff with Sainsbury's recruiting 22,000 staff and Tesco an extra 10,000 ahead of Christmas.
