'Christmas is ruined' as people complain about two Bounties in a row in Celebrations Advent calendar

As the weather starts to get colder, many of us tend to look forward to indulging in a little pick-me-up when we wake up at this time of year- in the form of an advent calendar.

In a bid to lift the spirits many people rip open the door of their festive calendar to find a tasty treat inside to start off their day.

However, this hasn't been the case with some shoppers - with one person even claiming that their "Christmas has officially been ruined".

Many who have bought the 2019 Celebrations Advent calendar have discovered a Bounty chocolate (often the last to be left in the tubs of chocolates) behind door number one, reports Wales Online.

To make matters worse, the makers of Celebrations came under fire yet again as it was revealed that the treat behind door number two was - you guessed it - another Bounty.

Lots of furious people have taken to Twitter to express their anger with this, claiming that starting the first day of December with a Bounty chocolate has put some of them "in a bad mood".

Unsurprisingly, some have shared this discovery on social media, with one customer tweeting: "Christmas is cancelled".

Meanwhile, a second tweeted: "Whoever makes these celebrations advent calendar I hope they have a horrible Christmas, first 2 days and I get 2 bounty’s".

This time, Celebrations UK actually responded, simply by replying back with a picture that said "Ho Ho Ho".

"Days 1 & 2 of my Celebrations advent calendar were both Bountys. BOUNTYS! If that's not an accurate representation of 2019, I don't know what is." Someone else added.

Another also posted a crying Peter Parker GIF with the caption: "When you open your celebrations advent calendar and get two bounty's in a row...."

A fifth also wrote: "Opened up my celebrations advent calendar and there's a bounty behind the first door. Christmas is officially ruined."

It comes after Mars Incorporated - the company which makes Celebrations - was criticised by Twitter users last year after the divisive coconut chocolate was first out, reports Wales Online .
