Christmas food order and delivery slots at M&S, Sainsburys, Asda, Tesco, Morrisons and Iceland

Christmas food order slots have opened for 2021 in a number of major supermarkets.

Despite concerns over supply and potential for empty shelves several retailers have opened orders for Christmas including M&S, Tesco and Morrisons. Others are set to open orders in the next couple of weeks.

Demand for delivery slots is high and slots will get booked up quickly. Below we have rounded up all of the latest information on supermarket Christmas food orders for all of the major supermarkets in the UK.

M&S Christmas food orders

Orders are now open for slots between 22-24 December. All order need a £40 deposit. The full balance can be paid on the date of pickup.

However, some stores are not doing Christmas food orders. You can check your local store here.

Currently, there are 83 food items to order including a Collection The Perfect Turkey Joint for £45, a Classic Vegetable Selection for £25, and a Collection Sticky Toffee Pudding Crown that serves 12 people for £20.

If you prefer your turkey stuffed you can pick up ones to feed anywhere between six people or a maximum of 14 people for between £32.40 and £64.80.

Morrisons Christmas food orders

Morrisons Christmas food orders are now live.

The range includes starters, mains, sides, desserts, party food and drinks as well as vegan and gluten free options. Collection slots are available between the 21st and 24th December with 463 stores to choose from.

Turkeys start from £13.96 and there are vegan options including The Best Vegan Vegetable Wellington. Customers can also reserve wines.

Orders can be placed now, right up until the 14 th December and customers pay the balance of their order on collection.

Tesco Christmas food orders

Tesco has not launched Christmas food order slots yet.

Delivery Saver customers will be able to view and book slots from 6am on 16 November. Non-Delivery Saver customers can view and book slots from 6am on 23 November.

You will be able to book slots for 20–23 December. Selected stores also have delivery available on 24 December.

Sainsburys Christmas food orders

Sainsburys has opened Christmas food orders with a £20 deposit. Shoppers can collect in store on 22, 23, or 24 December at your chosen time. The deadline for Christmas orders is midnight, 16th December.

Turkeys start from around £18 and Sainsburys has gone big on party food this year. You can see the full range here.

Iceland Christmas food orders

Iceland is only offering next day delivery for Christmas. As much of its Christmas range is frozen you can order now and store in time for the big day.

Asda Christmas food orders

Asda has not opened Christmas orders yet.

A note on the website says: "We have already started the count down to Christmas 2021, so please check back here closer to the time for great gift ideas as well as everything you need for your Christmas dinner, all at an Asda Price."
