The Christmas holidays are gathering apace, and the heat will be on in thousands of kitchens across the world. In the UK and North America the traditional Christmas hams and turkeys will be in the oven, Scandinavia will be looking forward to fish dishes like lutefisk and gravadlax while Eastern Europe will be preparing for their traditional twelve dish Christmas Eve supper.

What food are you particularly looking forward to this Christmas? Is there a special dish that your whole family likes to have? Is it traditional or have you made up your own recipes? Perhaps you’re a vegetarian? Sometimes Christmas cooking doesn’t always go to plan, but we would like to see the results of your Christmas dishes – successful or not.
