Christmas drive-in movies return to Falkirk with festive favourites on the big screen

The Catherine McEwan Foundation for Christmas Drive-In Movies is set to return to Falkirk this year.

Christmas classics for the whole family to enjoy will be showcased on the world's largest drive-in screen.

The event will take place between Friday, December 17 and Sunday, December 19 at Falkirk Stadium.

On Friday, Elf will be the first film to be screened at 6pm followed by Home Alone at 9pm that same evening.

A repeat of Home Alone will also be played at 3pm the next day, then The Grinch at 6pm and Die Hard at 9pm.

Sunday will kick off with the Muppets Christmas Carol at midday followed by two showings of Elf at 3pm and 6pm.

The final movie for this year will be Die Hard at 9pm.

There will also be street food provided by the Big Feed Feed for those who simple can't watch anything without a snack.

Tickets are on sale now for £29.50 per car plus a booking fee, part of which will go towards the Catherine McEwan Foundation.

The charity helps children, adults and their families battling Crohn’s and Colitis disease.
